1. General Provisions

By using the PrismaTest service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to make changes to this document at any time, notifying users through the website.

2. Data We Collect

To ensure the proper functioning of the service and provide personalized test results, we may collect the following types of data:

• Personal information: name, email address (upon registration), age.
• Test data: answers to psychological test questions, test results, time spent on the test.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
• Cookies: we use tracking technologies to improve user experience.

3. Data Processing Purposes

We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Generating and saving psychological test results in your profile.
• Analyzing service usage statistics to improve content.
• Sending service notifications and news (with your consent).
• Ensuring account security and preventing fraud.

4. AI Photo Analysis and Your Privacy

Our AI analysis tools in the /ai section (face shape, color type, Kibbe type and others) work with a photo you upload. This is the most sensitive data on the site, so these tools are built to keep nothing by default. Your photo is processed in memory and is never stored on our servers as a file.

• We keep nothing: your photo is processed in RAM only, never written to disk or to the database. The moment the result is ready, the original image is discarded.
• Everything is erased when you leave: the analysis is created without your account ID. When you close the page, both the photo and the result are deleted for good. Anything left behind by a browser crash or a dropped connection is swept automatically within 24 hours.
• Saving is your choice: a report reaches your account only when you press Save yourself. Without that action, nothing stays in your history.
• Automatic deletion after 30 days: even reports you saved, together with their thumbnails, are fully removed 30 days after saving. We do this on purpose, to protect your privacy and security. You can delete any report sooner at any time.
• Paid LLM models only: the analysis runs on commercial models through paid APIs whose terms forbid training on your data. Your photos are never used to train or improve any model.
• No biometric profiling: we do not build a biometric template, do not identify you, and do not match your photo against any database.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

PrismaTest does not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized statistics with partners or use third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) that process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Security

We implement modern technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted via the secure SSL protocol.
